I just use a generic function that already exist to open a UI with the text in

I don't really know what the game will do if you try to set a command. I think that will not work but I've never tried.

On mod.io you can directly install mods from the game server UI.
But it's too much work to update 2 place where a mod can be downloaded and the mod need asphalt and asphalt is not on mod.io.
So people will need to install mod by hand anyway.
