Due to human (non-bot) spam the first contribution of a user has to be reviewed and activated manually, all further contributions do not require this.
As long as a user does not have at least one reviewed and activated contribution, the user is unable to edit his profile, set a avatar, title picture or a signature.

A mod that allows players (or maybe just admins?) to see what everyone has learned. This could potentially reduce duplication of learning.

you cannot install dlls on nitrado, use PingPerfect, #1 its cheaper, ($12US a Month for 100 users) #2, they have far better support, they will help you install the mod, they even have mod support built in. they reply within 10 minutes.
