My server need always restart, help me fix that

Due to human (non-bot) spam the first contribution of a user has to be reviewed and activated manually, all further contributions do not require this.
As long as a user does not have at least one reviewed and activated contribution, the user is unable to edit his profile, set a avatar, title picture or a signature.

    Hello, I have trouble, my server eco with 2.5km2 always have trouble and i cant find some idea how to reload this EcoServer.exe on windows. Debug is clear. Server have stable 10-20 players online

    Maybe somebody have some .bat script or program for monitoring this proccess and when server go down, automatically reload him.
