I'm reading that 9.0 will be released on 9/9 at 9pm. But.. which time zone is that? I haven't seen any mention of the actual time zone, yet.

As long as a user does not have at least one reviewed and activated contribution, the user is unable to edit his profile, set a avatar, title picture or a signature.

The release will be somewhen between 9 AM UTC and 9 PM PT, there is no exact date.
