Add extra star on first login

Due to human (non-bot) spam the first contribution of a user has to be reviewed and activated manually, all further contributions do not require this.
As long as a user does not have at least one reviewed and activated contribution, the user is unable to edit his profile, set a avatar, title picture or a signature.

    Hello!

    I played Eco on a server which granted each new player a second star. Now I try to host my own server, but the Extra Start Stars mod does not work, as the required Asphalt Modkit crashes the server.

    Is there an option to manually set this option in e.g. Mods/Player/PlayerDefaults.cs?
