Due to human (non-bot) spam the first contribution of a user has to be reviewed and activated manually, all further contributions do not require this.
As long as a user does not have at least one reviewed and activated contribution, the user is unable to edit his profile, set a avatar, title picture or a signature.

Adds an Artist profession with basic tree for a Painter specialization.

This mod adds a profession called Artist to the list with a specialization in Painting and a skill line for Canvas Painting.
The Painter can produce 5 Canvas paintings in the end which add House Value in their own category called "wall painting" for the purposes of depreciating value.
