In Eco I'm unable to voice chat or sometimes hear other players voice chatting, I've reset my keys multiple times, disconnected, joined other servers, restarted the game, restarted my computer, and I still can't voice chat with other players. The mic symbol won't even appear when I press down the button for voice chat, and I've tried all of my outputs to no avail. Is there any way to fix this problem?

Due to human (non-bot) spam the first contribution of a user has to be reviewed and activated manually, all further contributions do not require this.
As long as a user does not have at least one reviewed and activated contribution, the user is unable to edit his profile, set a avatar, title picture or a signature.
