Due to human (non-bot) spam the first contribution of a user has to be reviewed and activated manually, all further contributions do not require this.
As long as a user does not have at least one reviewed and activated contribution, the user is unable to edit his profile, set a avatar, title picture or a signature.

    I am not sure if anyone noticed this, but i run a private email server, and found that emails for this forum are blocked as they're coming in as

    i would highly suggest changing the EHLO domain to the proper one to prevent being flagged as spam. I had to make an exception in order to receive emails.
