Due to human (non-bot) spam the first contribution of a user has to be reviewed and activated manually, all further contributions do not require this.
As long as a user does not have at least one reviewed and activated contribution, the user is unable to edit his profile, set a avatar, title picture or a signature.

    Hello all,

    I am running an ECO server on a dedicated computer. The server has been maxing out at 100%. Reason unknown. The specs are below.

    I5-2500k Oced at 4.3.
    Ram: 32 gigs
    SSD
    Graphics card: NVIDIA GT 630 (this shouldn't matter really)
