Due to human (non-bot) spam the first contribution of a user has to be reviewed and activated manually, all further contributions do not require this.
As long as a user does not have at least one reviewed and activated contribution, the user is unable to edit his profile, set a avatar, title picture or a signature.

    hello i have the same problem with all mods i try..... i try carry mod and carry mod ++ the both doesn't work. normaly they must work as i see for version 8.3.x (x mean any? no?) .... strange ....

    okay my bad... sorry for that it was just because my backup folder was inside the mods folder.... (sigh).
    resolved now it's work for carry mod 2.0.1 with eco 0.8.3.3
