The vehicle system is tied to a land ownership deed so you should be able to give someone access to that specific property which should give them vehicle access that you would have to manually remove later.

Started a private server with a few friends just 2 days ago. We were wondering what the advantages of leveling up cooking are?
So far we are having decent nutritional balance with plenty of charred papaya and some charred meat. But there must be a reason to cook those crazy resource intensive high-end recipes, right?As Dennis said it's all about getting the amount of skill points you get higher. Leveling your cooking system itself gives you access to some better recipes between levels 1-3 but after that it's all about lowering the amount of ingredients you waste when making the recipes themselves.
Getting access to the advanced cooking and baking skills will also give you access to more recipes that give you the ability to raise your nutrition which then gives you more skill points over time.
