@CaptainCaveman Sorry, it's really difficult to solve your problem. Ok, then from the begining. I have a folder named "ExtraStartStars" in mods wherein the ExtraStartStars.dll is placed. Second is the config.json. I think you has one from a server start. Inside there is the entry

}
with the digit you want to give once. If there is a directory users then delete it for a test.
After all restart the server and try once more.
@CaptainCaveman You only get stars once a time. Or you delete the config file but then all players will get additonal stars once again.

A only little problem is the fact that the recipe (?) don't recognize if there're ressources inside the cart's storage. If I want to start producing stones the recipe don't show any amount of existing ressources. I have to take it off and put it into the storage again.

Hm, also es laufen definitiv Mods unter 8.3.2, jedenfalls tun sie das bei mir. Da eine solche Aussage für Dich wenig hilfreich ist, biete ich meine Hilfe an. Wir müssen uns mal abstimmen, auf welchem Wege das laufen soll. Schriftlich wird das nichts. Melde Dich, wenn (noch) Bedarf besteht. Schau bei den Mods, ob sie das Tag 8.3.X haben. Denn die habe ich (fast) alle am Laufen.
Am Rande: Keine Verbindung zu bekommen, heisst nicht automatisch, dass das an den Mods liegt. Es ist nur die Folge eines Problems, das u. U. an Mods liegt. ?

Maybe you can use the tags for the version eg. 8.3.x

I've solved the problem. A part of the Elixr mod package was the reason. Maybe I've used the wrong parts. Thanks for now.

Thanks for your answer. I will first try to delete all mods but I assume that it will crash the server. First I save the server and then try out. 
No, if you changed the config then every new User will get the quantity of stars. All other (you too) get no additonal stars except you delete the user config. So, if you are the only user at this time then write down that name. If you want additional stars then delete your file and you'll get it every time. But be careful because for every star you need points for the next level. And if you give more stars it takes more time.
I wouldn't say that it is a bug. After first load the config is written with the value of 1. And you'll find a subdirectory named users whre your userid is saved. Next time you login you don't get additional stars. If you delete the file you'll get the value of stars of the config file.

Maybe it's a good idea to rollout a config with the value 1 and the user can change that value. But I've no problem with the mod so far.
Hello,
since yesterday I've a problem with the hammer as describe in the title. I can hear the sound of closing or opening the door but there is no movement. Once i test another server it's all ok. The load sequence of the server has no error.
I hope someone can give me a hint to solve my problem.
