Due to human (non-bot) spam the first contribution of a user has to be reviewed and activated manually, all further contributions do not require this.
As long as a user does not have at least one reviewed and activated contribution, the user is unable to edit his profile, set a avatar, title picture or a signature.

I find the loading times when starting server too long. Or is there a trick as it is not? With me it is so that the server before 2 minutes to start needed and now at once 12 min.

I don't think the mod add a lot of time when starting the server.
Maybe if you have lot of pipe, how many pipe you have ? (Information available on the server UI)
And can you tell me what take the most time to load ?
If it's possible can you make a backup of your world and load the same map without the mod installed to see if there if a lot of difference.

Okay so currently there is a "bug" / feature in the game that allows html code into signs that will let you raise the text of the sign out of the boundary limits of the sign. As pictured here: [MEDIA=imgur]8mJYHJa[/MEDIA] Our server uses this in multiple locations because it allows for us to create some awesome labeling around our town. Well, looking at the github for Eco the developers are calling this a bug and they will be patching it out in 7.5 (or sooner) as seen here: https://github.com/StrangeLoopGames/EcoIssues/issues/8046. I was wondering if it would be possible to develop a mod that would keep this feature enabled because to some it is a feature while the devs are calling it a bug. I tried pleading my case to the devs but they just said we do not want it to work that way. So I was wondering if we could develop a mod that would enable this as it gets patched out? Thank you in advance for your assistance and consideration in the manner!
They seems to only limit the size of the text on the sign and not blocking sign to have floating text

But that use 15 calories to do that.

Im having a similar problem. My Friend and I can manually place stone in the hopper and it works, but if we use a skidsteer or excavator it doesn't. But it works with Dirt. Also it doesn't work with Coal
For the next version 1.2.0 coming in ~2 day. I have change how work the filter system. Now it use the same syntax as the give command.

It whould be great if we have a MOD with which I can give people joining our community server for thefirst time give e.g. 1000 Ecocoins (or currency defined) as start money.
On the 7.5.0 there is a law which trigger on first log in, you will be able to allocate money for the new player
Another great mod whould be:
Unload your excavator into stockpiles or trucks directly
I have made a hopper to drop thing from excavator directly in (You can connect the hopper to a stockpile).
That work fine but I think it will be a lot more complex to be able to drop directly in a stockpile sadly

Or is it possible to add a Level 4 with 5x5? Cause our farmer told me he made 5x5 or 10x10 farms cause fertilizers effect is 5x5.

Actually not but maybe I can add it in the config file if you really want it. I think 3x3 is already a good range.

First: great work!!!!
But I have a question: is there a maximum distance for two Stockpiles to move objects from one to the other one?
I have 2 Stockpiles connected with the pipes. On every end of the pipe there's a connector (Input on the stockpile from where the objects should be transported and Output on the stockpile which should get the objects). The pipe length is 74 pipes and nothing happens... If i put a Stockpile closer to the receiving stockpile it works... Do you have any suggestions?

There is not any limit set, so your issue is very weird.
What I can suggest you is to verify if the auth of the stockpile and connector are all public (There is a bug where sometime the auth cause problem)

Filter with Stone does not always work. I must sometimes use Wrench to switch the Mode new to Output. In Text i did write Stone.
When you write the filter don't forget to click the save button or it's don't work.
