For my the bat gives three lines: Can't find path x2 / Can't find file / install finished... (not exactly this words, i receive it in my language) And the server is not starting up.

As long as a user does not have at least one reviewed and activated contribution, the user is unable to edit his profile, set a avatar, title picture or a signature.
