Due to human (non-bot) spam the first contribution of a user has to be reviewed and activated manually, all further contributions do not require this.
As long as a user does not have at least one reviewed and activated contribution, the user is unable to edit his profile, set a avatar, title picture or a signature.

Hello there! I have the same issue, what I usually do is /save and /backup - usually there will be a rollback of 2-5 minutes.
I still haven't found a workaround for that. The mod that provides the /save command is AdminUtils and the mod author is MIA at the moment

Hi great mod! When I use the /save command and then I shutdown the server . When I start up again it did not save that exact moment but reverts to the last save done by the hosts config. Is there a way to fix this? I'm using the most up-to-date version and on 7.4.6.
