    About Me

Hi, I'm Phil. I'm here to make friends and acquaintances through the engaging process of building a functional society together -- navigating both shared and opposing goals.

My admin style is hands off -- but I will try to fill a vacuum. For example, if there are no shops selling rice, I will try to sell rice -- but not to compete with other players. My goal as an admin is to foster opportunities for players who want to engage more deeply with the nature of the game. There are only a handful of exceptions that necessitate admin intervention, including bad server performance, mass player exodus, and trolling / harassment.

    Souls of Elysium

We're a laid-back group of folks with a shared interest in the complexities of developing a simulated civilization. As a community, Souls of Elysium is in its infancy. We're looking for like-minded souls looking to participate in the grand experiment, with a focus on all aspects of play: trade, industry, and politics.

Collaboration: No (appropriate rates for 0-3 players)

    Current Meteor ETA: 60 days

The collaboration level and meteor ETA are subject to change in order to account for a rising and falling player population. Staff strives to keep these fluctuations to a minimum. The goal is to establish an optimal baseline.

In an effort to maintain an open and inviting community, a few basic rules exist.

    - Be respectful of other players. No hate speech.

    - No trolling, griefing, or cheating.

    - Have fun.
