/spawnplant usage

Due to human (non-bot) spam the first contribution of a user has to be reviewed and activated manually, all further contributions do not require this.
As long as a user does not have at least one reviewed and activated contribution, the user is unable to edit his profile, set a avatar, title picture or a signature.

    Hi,

    we had a problem on our server. The population of Corn was 0. So we couldn't research the Farmin Skill book.
    My idea was to find the areas where corn would grow and plant it with the /spawnplant Corn chat command.
    A lot of corn spawned 3 blocks over the soil. So, what is the mechanic of this command? Where does the plant spawn? How can I make sure it spawns where I want it?
