new patch -> mods removed

Due to human (non-bot) spam the first contribution of a user has to be reviewed and activated manually, all further contributions do not require this.
As long as a user does not have at least one reviewed and activated contribution, the user is unable to edit his profile, set a avatar, title picture or a signature.

    It depends on how you update it.

    I.E. if you manually Update just the ecoserver.exe (on the most hotfixes thats just enough because of only client changes) then everything is fine.
    But if you Completly reinstall the server and just the storage folder stays then you have to reinstall the mods too.

    If you use a Gameserver Hoster they normaly do the Second part.
