Effects of air pollution

Due to human (non-bot) spam the first contribution of a user has to be reviewed and activated manually, all further contributions do not require this.
As long as a user does not have at least one reviewed and activated contribution, the user is unable to edit his profile, set a avatar, title picture or a signature.

    I have a server with just me and a friend. I am very concerned about the effects of CO2 going to far.
    Lets say i pollute over the daily limit (340ppm), as much as 420ppm, raising sea level with 1 meter and temperature with 5 degrees.
    Would stopping the polluting reverse these effects or are they irreversible?
