You don't really need this mod to change the number of slots available. Simply open the file CivicsObjects.cs in Mods/Objects and search for
public virtual int SlotCount => 3;
and replace "3" with how many slots you want your civics objects to provide. If unsure, extract this mods file content into your "Mods" folder and override existing files.
