World without a name V2

Due to human (non-bot) spam the first contribution of a user has to be reviewed and activated manually, all further contributions do not require this.
As long as a user does not have at least one reviewed and activated contribution, the user is unable to edit his profile, set a avatar, title picture or a signature.

    Well, World without a name V2 starts today!

    Medium collab
    No meteor
    Long term server

    At the moment we have ten slots available on our server. This world will keep us busy till 9.0. for sure.
    We're hoping to build a nice community with you all.
    Everyone is welcome to join in!

    We've run into a bit of trouble trying to get the best out of our server.
    Our start has been delayed a bit ? (but all for the best possible performance!)
