Spoffy's Rubble (and Debris) Removal

Due to human (non-bot) spam the first contribution of a user has to be reviewed and activated manually, all further contributions do not require this.
As long as a user does not have at least one reviewed and activated contribution, the user is unable to edit his profile, set a avatar, title picture or a signature.

Adds a command /clearrubble [type], which deletes all loose rubble of that type from the world.

Description
Provides a new command that clears all rubble of a specified type from the world.

Usage
/ClearRubbleType [type]
Valid types are: stone, copper, gold, coal, iron, fallentrees, wooddebris, basalt, gneiss, granite, limestone, sandstone, shale, and 'allstone'

Installation
Unzip the archive and drop the ClearRubbleCommand folder in your Eco Server's mods folder.
Delete any old versions of the command.
