Paper Milling Expanded

Due to human (non-bot) spam the first contribution of a user has to be reviewed and activated manually, all further contributions do not require this.
As long as a user does not have at least one reviewed and activated contribution, the user is unable to edit his profile, set a avatar, title picture or a signature.

Shows some love to the Paper milling skill by adding a new workbench and 40+ recipes for it. The workbench requires a tier 1.8 room. Updated for 9.3.5. Requires EM artistry for dye. Elixr Mods - Artistry for ECO - mod.io

- Unzip/Extract

- Move the extracted folder Server/Mods


This update (v2.0.0) is not savegame friendly with v1.0.0. Existing models have been reworked and new recipes and objects added.

I would still recommend updating as nothing has been removed (just renamed) and lots has been added.

Also remember to delete old folder due to naming changes.
