Due to human (non-bot) spam the first contribution of a user has to be reviewed and activated manually, all further contributions do not require this.
As long as a user does not have at least one reviewed and activated contribution, the user is unable to edit his profile, set a avatar, title picture or a signature.

This mod adds an configurable amount of stars to an user.
It will add the stars on the first login after this mod is installed.
So users which are already playing, will also get extra stars.
The amount of stars given can be configured in the config.json file.

Completely wiped my server and removed every table/container. I would suggest just using the commands: /giveskillpoints [player],(amount) /skillpoints (amount) /skillrate (rate)
