Sign Lift

Due to human (non-bot) spam the first contribution of a user has to be reviewed and activated manually, all further contributions do not require this.
As long as a user does not have at least one reviewed and activated contribution, the user is unable to edit his profile, set a avatar, title picture or a signature.

Use signs as a lift

Get rid of ugly and resource-wasting staircases and add lifts to the signs in Eco.

How to do it:
Put one sign exactly above another sign.
On the lower sign write something that contains [ICODE]lift up[/ICODE].
On the upper sign write something that contains [ICODE]lift down[/ICODE].

Now you can right click the sign (without a tool in your hand) to get up or down.

If you want to do a one way solution, the destination sign should contain only [ICODE]lift[/ICODE].
